The ingredients:
* Paneer, low grated fat- 3 cups
* Crumbs of brown bread-3 tbsp
* Paste of Garlic & Ginger- 1 tsp
* To taste, salt
* Powdered red chilli-1/2 tsp.
* Onions, thinly diced- 1 medium medium
* Green Chillis, 2 tsp. chopped-
* Coriander- 4 tsp.
* Oil, to grill / grease
The method:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl with the exception of grilling oil and blend well with your fingertips.
2. Out of this, make tikki (flattened rounds), take a non-stick pan, add a little oil and grill it until light brown on both sides.
3. Serve the green chutney with it.
